Founded and led by experienced instructor Tracie Murray, Dance Fit Sydney blends easy to follow routines with music you know and love, creating classes that feel more like a social outing than a workout. From seniors fitness and low-impact dance to line dancing and social events, every class is designed to build confidence, improve mobility and make exercise genuinely enjoyable.

PLEASE NOTE: All our classes run through the school holidays




If you are attending one of our classes for the first time, please arrive approximately 5 - 10 minutes early so we can introduce ourselves and welcome you to the class.
Please make sure you bring along your own drink bottle.
Hand sanitiser will be placed at the entrance to the venue.
REMEMBER: Please do NOT attend if you are feeling unwell.
WHAT YOU NEED: Water, Comfortable clothes that you can move in, eg. leggings/joggers, trainers and dance sneakers are best for the class.
