If you are attending one of our classes for the first time, please arrive approximately 5 - 10 minutes early so we can introduce ourselves and welcome you to the class.
Please make sure you bring along your own drink bottle.
Hand sanitiser will be placed at the entrance to the hall.
REMEMBER: Please do NOT attend if you are feeling unwell.

Special classes have been designed for Seniors with 4 different days to choose from.
ALL CLASSES strive to improve fitness while enhancing rhythm. We combine various styles of dance steps to keep you moving and while you are having fun and getting a great workout — you are improving your coordination, agility, and balance!
Classes are designed for everybody and EVERY body of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. There are no upfront fees, just pay as you go and come when you can!
